Time for Change
I help adults navigate life transitions, relationships, and personal growth through deeper self-understanding. Many people reach a point where they recognize that something needs to change — they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand. Perhaps you are facing a difficult life transition, experiencing grief or loss, struggling in a relationship, questioning your self-worth, or navigating the challenges of middle life or later life transitions. Therapy offers an opportunity to develop clarity, self-awareness, and create meaningful change.
I work with individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I view each person as a whole, recognizing your unique experiences, strengths, and capacity for growth. My approach integrates psychodynamic principles with evidence-based strategies to explore patterns, develop insight, and create meaningful change.
Beginning therapy is a courageous step. I provide a compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will work toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and a more fulfilling life. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
